The score nobody can buy. Not even us.
almi puts every longevity supplement, test, clinic and gadget on one shelf. Think flight comparison, but for your healthspan. Everything is ranked by one number, the Trust Score, and that number has exactly four ingredients.
One number, four ingredients
Every Trust Score is mixed to the same recipe. The darker the green, the more it counts.
Evidence40%
Does it actually work? We weigh published human trials, effect sizes, and how settled the science is. Three good trials beat one great story. Hype is cheap. Trials aren't. That's why this slice is the widest.
Quality25%
Is it what the label says? Third party testing, honest doses, and the same form that worked in the studies. 50 mg of the right thing beats 500 mg of the wrong one.
Value20%
Is it worth the money? What you pay for what you actually get, delivered to Singapore. A fair price on a real dose beats a discount on fairy dust. Being the cheapest buys nothing.
Community15%
Do people stick with it? Verified reviews and long term reports. If real users quit by week two, the score hears about it. A perfect pill you quit isn't perfect.
Then we do the math, the same way, every time
Take a magnesium glycinate that scores 8.8 / 9.2 / 7.8 / 8.2 on the four questions. Weighted and mixed:
Same recipe for a $12 bottle or a $1,200 clinic panel. No exceptions, and nothing to negotiate.
How we keep the number clean
- Sellers can't pay for position. The shelf is sorted by Trust Score and nothing else. Not margin, not who emailed us.
- Commissions never touch the score. Some links pay us a small cut when you buy. The score is settled long before we know where you'll shop.
- Every score shows its receipts. Sources are linked, scores re-run when new evidence lands, and corrections happen in public.
- A low score isn't a scandal. It means the proof isn't there yet. When the evidence improves, so does the score.
